Simple Statements (+ Giveaway!)

So I have finally returned from an amazing trip to Italy only to be greeted by the Northeast's unending series of winter storms. Is spring getting any closer? I'm crossing my fingers for a yes. 

In the meantime, today I'm sharing with you one of my new favorite statement accessories that is also quite outside of my comfort zone. I've been on the hunt for a pearl choker necklace since seeing one on the fabulous Vanessa Hong of The Haute Pursuit because of its simple yet bold statement. I have mentioned before that the accessory makes the outfit, and this piece is no exception.
