Hi there! Today's post is a quick one because if you've been following along on social media, you'll know that I've been spending the past few days as a blogger for the ENK Coterie. The Coterie is a massive trade show at which buyers for apparel and accessories view and purchase new collections to sell in stores from brands ranging from Current/Elliot to DVF. It was also the place of my first fashion-related volunteer experience as a college student.

I have had the amazing opportunity to be a part of the Blogger Incubator at the Coterie, where I've joined a few other fabulous influencers to show you what the event is all about. Today's photos are especially exciting because they were shot by the super talented Patrick of @aguynamedpatrick (aka the 2014 CFDA Instagrammer of the Year). I rarely get the chance to dress up like this outside of my blog posts, so I took full advantage with an all-black ensemble and my favorite hat. Keep following along to see what else I'm wearing and loving at the Coterie -- today is the last day!

Quick Update: Where Am I?

Friday, February 13, 2015

If you've been following me on Instagram, you'll know that I've been hinting at a big vacation this month ... Well, here it is! I'm currently exploring the lovely streets of Milan, Italy! So far, it's been absolutely amazing to discover the history within this beautiful city (plus, the food is out of this world). Stay tuned for more updates over the next week -- I'll be traveling to another Italian city soon as well! Any guesses?

A Valentine's Staycation

Sunday, February 8, 2015

Of all the holidays, Valentine's Day probably makes the top three of most stressful. With floods of couples on social media and Netflix rom-coms pulling at our heartstrings, we often feel the pressure to make this year's celebration more lavish than the last. I am no stranger to this attempt at planning the world's best Valentine's date, but sometimes we need to step back to remember the meaning behind this holiday. Whether you are spending it with a significant other or your best friend, there is no need to break the bank to do so. This year, try bringing the celebration to the comfort of your own home with a Valentine's staycation. After all, showing appreciation to someone you love doesn't require a five-star restaurant reservation.

The Mini Bag

Tuesday, February 3, 2015

In terms of commuting convenience, guys have it easy. I love an oversized bag as much as the next girl, but sometimes I just want to carry the essentials without any hassle. Walking ten blocks through the icy tundra of Manhattan doesn't quite accommodate that 20-pound tote. Since my skinny jeans won't hold more than a few dollar bills, I've lately been loving the next best thing -- the mini bag.

Oh hey, February!
