1 Scarf, 30 Ways:
The Coutourist Challenge Part 3

Sunday, October 11, 2015

Packing a light bag is every girl's travel struggle, but with Coutourist and a little creativity it becomes an easy feat. For Week 3 of The Coutourist Challenge, I've styled my favorite scarf with just a top, coat, and two bottoms to create six more everyday looks. With the combination of simple wardrobe staples and a great statement piece, you won't have to worry about repeating outfits or overloading the luggage.

70's Flashback.

The Seventies trend has been one of my favorites this fall, and now getting the look is made easy with the help of Coutourist. By simply giving a long, skinny shape to the scarf, your outfit instantly becomes on-trend without having to break the bank.

The Halter Top.

Now there is no need to worry about packing a top for each day of your travels. The Coutourist scarf doubles as a bold blouse that is easily taken from dinner to a night out. Just be sure to double check the tightness of those knots!

Bohemian Headband.

Week 1 of the challenge featured a feminine headband look, and this week I've tightened it up for a more bohemian vibe. Instead of draping the loose ends over your shoulder, twist the scarf over your forehead and wrap it twice to create a knotted headwrap. It quickly makes your morning hair routine even easier.

A Strapless Pop of Color.

Monochrome is always an easy choice for versatility, but sometimes you just need that pop of personality. The Coutourist scarf can be seamlessly transformed into strapless top that will add some brightness to those basic wardrobe staples.

Over The Shoulder.

This look is similar to the French Twist, but with a front-to-back statement. By only wrapping the scarf around your neck once and knotting it to the side, you can simply drape one end over the back of your shoulder for that 360-degree style.

The New Cardigan.

Upgrade your outerwear with a splash of Coutourist color. With just two easy knots, the scarf becomes an elegant cardigan that adds a boost to your next evening look.
