Well, not quite. But I like to be optimistic. We had a moment of warmth (and by warmth I mean above freezing) yesterday, so I took it as a sign to bring some springtime vibes to Looks by Lau. I certainly can't wear this look just yet, but I hope it gives you some inspiration for that next shopping trip. Here's to hoping that spring is right around the corner!

One of my favorite things about the new season is being able to wear skirts again. Because of my shorter height, I'll take anything that elongates my legs. This skirt was a steal at the latest Zara sale, as it offers a sturdy material with some fun fringe detail. I paired it with these killer peep toe booties from Ami Clubwear because the nude coloring matches my skintone to give the illusion of height -- basically every short girl's dream. I'll be gravitating towards heeled booties like these for the office next season because they provide ample support for all day comfort. I'm feeling a shoe shopping spree coming up!
