In my closet, summer doesn't typically mean bright colors and statement florals. I may not be wearing my monochrome knits anymore, but black is a year-round color in my book. Give me a breezy dress with dainty details, and I'm set for those incoming sunny days.
I love the way the color black can mold to different personalities. Wear it in leather for an added edge, or embroider it with subtle florals for a touch of femininity. In this case I'll be twirling my way into the weekend in a bell sleeve LBD that lightens up my wardrobe darks.
