It should be no surprise that I am an advocate for the all-black outfit. Depending on where you're from, wearing black can mean anything from chic to scary. One thing it should never be, however, is boring. When wearing entirely black, I like to create a mix of textures to keep the look interesting. In this instance, I opted for a faux fur vest and mixed media pants for an even bolder statement. Color is only one element of personal style!

Another tip: Utilize the power of accessories to break up your monochrome outfit. Since the mix of textures is already beyond basic, I kept my accessories rather simple with an olive green clutch and gold ring.
