To A New Chapter

Today officially marks the last day before I join the working world as a college graduate. Despite having lived in New York for the past four years for school, I have a feeling this city will seem just a little different as a corporate girl.

I always say I have a love/hate relationship with New York City, with its undesirable metro system and crowds of hurried people all in grey. But on days like these I realize how lucky I am to be launching my career in this bustling city.

I’ve spent the last few months traveling as much as possible (many more recap posts are still to come!). In that time I’ve fallen in love with cities across Asia and Europe. I joke about leaving one of these cities as soon as possible, but New York will always be my second home. There are days like the one of this shoot when I happen to pass one of the many stunning corners of New York, including this leaf-lined arch outside the NoMo SoHo Hotel. Spots like this shadow the downsides of the city and make it the wonder of the world that it is.

So cheers to new adventures in this city that I am lucky enough to call home. I’m coming for you, corporate world!
